Jamaican Chocolate Tea


Do you know that what is Jamaican Chocolate Tea? The Jamaican version of Chocolate Tea is the well better known in other parts of the world as hot chocolate tea. this recipe uses ingredients all natural and there is nothing to like the authentic taste of real chocolate. The smoky flavor of raw tasty chocolate balanced with lovely creamy sweetness is comforting to everyone. You can enjoyed Jamaica chocolate tea is usually at breakfast and Diner time, but if you live in a cold climate so it is perfect for you to enjoying near a fireplace any time of day. The grated chocolate will not dissolve completely and will separate if not stirred. So enjoy your Jamaican Chocolate Tea.

Ingredients

Milk 4 cups
Cinnamon-Stick 2
Pinch-Ground-Nutmeg 2
Water 4 cups
Raw Chocolate, grated 1 ½ cup
Pinches Salt 4
Pimento Leaf 2 or Pimento Berries 10
Condensed Milk 1/2 cup or sweeten to taste



Method

First of all combine milk and water in a medium-size saucepan
Add cinnamon pimento, stick, chocolate and nutmeg and then bring to a boil, stirring for 5 minutes
Stir in lower and salt heat to a simmer; stir in condensed milk to sweeten
Remove cinnamon stick and pimento and then Pour chocolate tea into mugs using a small strainer
